11. SLEEPing late for children is unhealthy. It weakens memory and intelligence.

12. Best healthy time to sleep is 9PM especially for people who are sick or are recovering from it.Do not sleep later than 11 PM. Lots of rest is good for the LIVER to recover. When using eye-cover during bedtime, use only pure cotton. Never use latex/rubber materials.

13. A DETOXification DIET helps the LIVER & INTESTINES to recover fast.Natural fresh food are best for the LIVER and overall well-being. Do not rely on packed, bottled, or canned health food/vitamins since they lack lots of natural and essential vitamins which can be derived from pure, unprocessed, natural food.

14. A balance of mental/emotional state of mind is very important to the total well-being. Too much stress of all kinds, loud noises, music, anger, irritation suppressed too long, pessimism, depressive moods, no goals in life, feeling life has no value, or blaming the world or everyone else for his life will further weaken the body system. When the LIVER is unhealthy, the person has bad temper and gets easily angry or irritated.

15.Giving out gas, and perspiration,and urine are ways of purging out the toxins from the body. Do not use too much air-conditioners because these suppress the body from perspiring. This natural way of purging helps reduce the load of the LIVER. Open the window for fresh air.

16. Giving warmth to any part of the body that is in pain will ease it. Or try soaking in a warm bath up to waist level. Be careful if you have heart problems. Do not soak till the chest areas lest the heart might get too stimulated.

17. Brown rice, wheat, oats, potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams and maize are all good, but we must be careful when buying these because they contain lots of pesticides. Maize and Brown rice contain B complex Vitamins. Organic food are better alternatives but may prove a bit costly.
